The Joias Presentes project is an initiative of the Lanternas Inspiradoras Association and was designed to provide professional training to young people and adults, family members of the victims of the Vale tragedy/crime, and other citizens of the municipality of Mário Campos.

The objective of the project is to offer courses in the areas of drone piloting, photography, product photography, filming, social media and financial education and entrepreneurship.

The Joias Presentes Project is financed with resources allocated by the Management Committee of the collective moral damage paid as social compensation for the collapse of the dam in Brumadinho, on 01/25/2019, which claimed 272 lives.
